Sharing overview
See every workspace you belong to, who is in it, and which Google Sheet (if any) is published for that team on the
server.
What belonging to a workspace gives you

Shared on the server: the team roster and, when an owner/admin has set it, the same
Google Sheet connection (Spreadsheet ID and tab) for that workspace—what you see on this page
under “Shared Google Sheet.”

Still per browser: Responso does not upload your survey rows or analysis results to the server.
Each person keeps a local CSV cache and analysis work on their own computer. To use
Data or Analyses, open
Workspace with the correct workspace active (see Collaboration) and click
Load / refresh CSV at least once—then the app has responses to show.
Invites for you
Accept these on the Workspace page or via the link in the email.
Workspaces & shared sheets
You are not in any workspace yet. Create one under Collaboration on the Workspace page.
Your private saved sheet links
These bookmarks live on your account only. They are not the team copy. The
shared sheet for a workspace is the row in each card above (set by an owner or admin while that
workspace is active on Workspace).

To change who is in a workspace or send invites, use Collaboration on the
Workspace page. To set or update the team’s Google Sheet, select the
workspace there, then use Google Sheet connection and Save settings or
Load / refresh CSV (owners and admins only).
